Guacamole Game Day

I love making a good hearty homemade Guacamole! This recipe I have been making it for years and enjoying with corn chip, bread, or as a side dish to my delicious homemade Flautas! ( see separate blog post up soon )

GUACAMOLE RECIPE

2 ripe avocados
1 cup ripe tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, minced
1/4 cup cilantro
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoons Jalapeno 
Juice of 1 lime 

1.  Roughly mash avocados
2.  Add salt and lime juice 
3.  Add chopped tomatoes, onions and cilantro
4.  Add chopped Jalapeno
*** For extra flavor add a tablespoon of Avocado Oil

Served immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
