Homemade Flautas
So, but so simple! these Flautas are any entertaining highlight... for sure. Any day you are in the mood for crunchy delicious; this is it. I learned how to really get the tortillas to roll right from my neighbor Dali; who's Flautas were her favorite. On a small plate you place one tortilla for 15 seconds on the microwave and just add the chicken; roll over and place a toothpick at the end.

Fill a large pot with enough oil and heat at medium; about 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Fry tortillas a few a time until golden brown (about 2 minutes).
Place on a paper towel-lined plate.
Ingredients:
- Corn tortillas
- Shredded chicken (chicken breast or buy a whole chicken and shred all the meat)
Add:
Guacamole, Queso Crema and Pico de Gallo for the most flavorful crunch.
