Maracuya Pisco Sour
Looking for a different mixed drink to try this weekend?...On a recent
visit to Lima, Peru my plan was clear and simple; savor the food, learn
some Pisco Sours recipes, connect with the artisans and effortless sightseeing.One of the most common and refreshing Pisco Sour flavors is the Maracuya ( Passion Fruit) here is the recipe.
Ingredients: (2 servings)
8 ounces of Pisco
2 ounce simple syrop
4 ounces of Maracuya Juice (Passion Fruit)
1 egg white
4 ice cubes
Put in a blender all the ingredients and blend in liquify mode for 5 seconds. To serve fill the glass half way, pause and complete filling.
